General Conditions

• Transportation facilities from the airport and train station (surcharges may apply) can be arranged.
• To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the hotel 24-hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Standard check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is before noon.
• Only the registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation under the circumstances where the guests do not abide by our terms and conditions, provide invalid payment methods or behave in a disruptive way that causes injury or danger to our staff or other guests.

Payment Policy

• Valid credit card details required and may be pre-authorized to guarantee the booking.
• Full amount will be charged at any time after the booking.
